R.I.P. Dan Wheldon 1978-
We are proud to have been former IRL champion and double Indy 500 winner Dan Wheldon’s
helmet artist throughout his Indycar career. We worked with Dan on almost 100 helmets
on which we were given full freedom to produce designs that reflected Dan’s fun-
Jason will miss having Dan’s helmets arrive at the workshop from Bell, the fun he had planning designs, talking with Dan about new ideas, and the late nights working on the helmets because it was too much fun to stop.
